Welcome to our small family farm nestled in the heart of the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. We raise Scottish Highland cattle with a deep commitment to holistic, sustainable farming practices. Our focus is on regenerative grazing methods that nurture soil health, encourage biodiversity, and create a thriving ecosystem for our animals and land.

Our priority is producing premium-quality Highland beef—raised the way nature intended. Our cattle are primarily grass-fed and grass-finished, resulting in beef that’s rich in flavor, nutrient-dense, and responsibly raised. We offer beef in bulk or by the cut, perfect for families, freezers, and anyone who values clean, pasture-raised meat. Every animal is treated with care and respect, ensuring both quality and humane practices from start to finish.
