Breeding Stock
Longjohns Creek is a small family farm in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas raising Scottish Highland cattle. We believe in a holistic and sustainable approach to farming. We strive to use regenerative grazing practices that promote soil health and biodiversity. We aim to have the happiest and healthiest cows. Our cattle are primarily grass fed and finished. On occasion they may be fed treats for corralling or safety purposes.

We raise both registered and unregistered highlands. Our cattle graze among our freshly planted orchard and are joined by our flock of chickens. Please check out our Cattle For Sale page if you are interested in starting out with highlands or adding more to your fold!
